$2 Million Amusement Park Roller Coaster Injury Settlement
Settlement against amusement park for failing to warn patrons that riding their roller coasters could cause neck and back injuries. An 11-year-old girl suffered a serious neck injury from the normal operation of the roller coasters. Defendant knew of the potential danger but did not warn patrons of the park.
As a first-generation Italian in the United States, Frank is no stranger to tough times.
